How do your payments work?
After the you sign the project proposal, the agreed upon deposit is due prior to project start. Note that the deposit is non-refundable!
After the deposit, project payments can be made in installments of 50/50 or 25/25/25/25 depending on your budgetary needs. Full payments will need to be made within 60 days (or 2 months).
If cancellation occurs during the project process, no refund will be given for work produced up to the cancellation date. Absolutely no exceptions. Acceptable forms of payments include PayPal or mail checks (for US residents).
Services NOT included in the web design process.
It is important to note what is NOT included in the web design process as many people not familiar with web design do not have this knowledge beforehand. Web design does not include:
– Search Engine Optimization
– Copywriting/Content Creation
– Marketing (includes Email Newsletter, Social Media, Affiliate, etc.)
– Logo Designs
– Graphical Edits to Client Owned Digital Material (such as PDF covers, eBook covers, etc.)
Note that the above services can be added on to the web design project at additional agreed upon fee.
How long can I expect to take from start to finish?
The timeline is dependent on many factors including project complexity and project organization.
Typically, web and logo design pre-planning will take one week.
From that point on, web projects can take anywhere from 4-7 weeks and logo designs up to 2-4 weeks.
Delays can happen when text/image content preparation is not complete, email requests are not responded in timely manner, etc.
It is imperative that YOU also are part of the whole web or logo design process and your active involvement will help facilitate a project completion in timely manner.
